Event Booking & Catering Policy

Thank you for choosing Riaz Catering. To ensure your event runs smoothly, please review our standard catering policy:

Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event.
 
We charge based on the guest count provided to the banquet hall. We are in direct contact with the venue to verify the number.
 
A minimum guest count may be required depending on the menu and services selected.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
 
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the event.
 
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future date depending on availability.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
 
If cancelled more than 30 days in advance, your deposit may be applied to a future event.
 
Changes in guest count, menu, or service must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.
We work directly with your banquet hall to ensure setup, delivery, and timing align perfectly.
 
Please ensure your venue permits outside catering (if applicable).

Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Staffing and rental needs (dishes, cutlery, tables, etc.) must be arranged in advance.
 
Additional charges apply for servers, chefs on site, or extended service hours.

For health and safety reasons, any leftover food will be handled in accordance with local food regulations. We do not guarantee the safe consumption of food beyond the event time.
